Student Supports
Urban Circle's holistic model ensures that all students receive the supports they need to succeed. Each of our four programs has a full-time counsellor/lifeskills coach who walk with students from the start of the program to graduation and beyond. Our wise and loving Elders are also available for guidance, counselling, cultural teachings and support throughout your program. Whatever issues arise during your course of studies, you are not alone. And we have on-site childcare available. Urban Circle's brand new Makoonsag Childcare Centre for 52 pre-school children and infants is right next door to Urban Circle and the program is based on our Elder's vision for intergenerational learning that is grounded in Indigenous knowledge.
